A New Year, a New & Improved AproposbyDesign Handmade Jewelry Web Site & Blog!
I spent the last week of 2013 and the first 2 weeks of 2014 updating the listings in my Etsy online jewelry shop, AproposbyDesign. Why? With over 3 million pieces of jewelry for sale on Etsy alone, I need to be sure that my handmade jewelry online has the best chance of getting picked in peoples' searches (and it turns out that it wasn't always). Pictured here are my pink cluster earrings that feature pink quartz faceted chandelier gems wrapped & dangled on my handmade 14k gold filled hoops.
After I finished updating my Etsy shop, I moved on to my AproposbyDesign web site — TADA — now new and improved! One of the things I really wanted to add to my web site was a blog and now I have one. I'm very new to this, but I have to start somewhere! Here, I'll be posting more information about my handmade jewelry — my jewelry design ideas and inspiration, the jewelry techniques and materials I use to make it (with pics and even some video!), jewelry tidbits and tips, and more — so stay tuned.
